What WebSaite is
WebSaite creates a web page for your business with artificial intelligence, based on what you tell us. With your Duxels account and a verified email you get a free preview (a trial version) of your page.
What you buy
By paying you buy the full site: the final version of your page and its hosting on Duxels infrastructure for as long as Duxels operates the service. The purchase does not include rounds of changes: later changes are requested over WhatsApp, as explained below.
A domain is not included. You can connect one you already own (coming soon); its registration and renewal are your responsibility.
Price and payment
The list price of the full site is 150 USD. You are charged only in Mexican pesos, VAT included, at the exchange rate in force when you pay, which you see before paying.
You can pay in one payment (cash) or in 3, 6 or 12 interest-free months if your card allows it. The price in installments includes the fee charged by the payment processor. If you choose fewer months than quoted, or your card does not offer them, we automatically return only the fee difference.
Duxels charges you on its payments page, payment.duxels.com, through a card payment processor. If you need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), ask for it at contacto@duxels.com with your tax details after paying; it is issued in Mexican pesos.
If you paid twice for the same thing, or paid when your preview was no longer available, contact us at contacto@duxels.com and we will review it.
No refunds
Once you pay, the creation of your full site starts and the payment is non-refundable. The free preview is your trial before buying. If the creation of your site fails, we retry it until it is delivered to you; the payment is not refunded. The only money returned is the automatic installment fee adjustment described above.
Rounds of changes
The full site purchase does not include rounds of changes. To change your site after buying it, message us on WhatsApp at +52 81 3620 3434 and we will go through it with you. We do not sell rounds of changes online.
If your site already has included or extra rounds of changes (for example from purchases made before these terms, or gifted by Duxels), you keep them and use them from «My pages», with the expiry they have (extra rounds do not expire). A round is one request for changes of up to 2,000 characters; one is handled at a time. If a round fails, it is not deducted (up to three times per site; after that we review it with you).
Content, artificial intelligence and portfolio
Your page is generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain mistakes or wording that does not represent you: review it before you accept and publish it.
You are responsible for the content and the rights of everything you give us (texts, images, trademarks, links) and for what you publish. Do not give us anything you have no right to use. We may switch off a site that breaks the law or these terms.
Portfolio: once your site is paid for and delivered, Duxels may show it in its portfolio (demo.websaite.duxels.com) as an example of its work, without asking you for separate permission. If you would rather it did not appear, write to contacto@duxels.com and we will hide it.
Unpaid previews
Each account has one free preview. If you do not buy the full site, the preview stops being available after 90 days and is then deleted, and its address becomes free again.
Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed with the bank and the dispute is lost, and it is the payment that bought your site, the site is switched off and stops being shown.
Availability
We host your site for as long as Duxels operates the service. If we stopped operating it, we would give you reasonable notice. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability.
Privacy
What data we collect
The email of your Duxels account (managed by Clerk); what you give us to create your page (business name, description, social networks and the address of your current page); the text and public images of your current page, which we read to generate the new one; the requests for changes you write; and the record of your payments (amount, date and references).
We do not store your card details: Stripe processes them.
Also: the logo you upload (PNG, JPG or WebP) and, if you give them, your city, phone, WhatsApp, contact email, address and opening hours, which will be published on your site; and the reference pages you list, which we visit only to look at their design (colours, fonts and structure) and not to copy their content. What you put on your site becomes public when you publish it (and the preview can be seen at its address): do not enter details you do not want to show.
Who we share them with
To provide the service we use these processors: Anthropic (its API generates your page from what you give us), GitHub (stores the source code of your site), Cloudflare (hosts and serves your site) and Stripe (charges the payments). Clerk manages your account.
They only receive what they need for their function. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep them
Unpaid previews stop being available after 90 days and are then deleted. Your paid site and its data are kept while you use the service. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.
Your logo is stored privately and is deleted together with the preview if you do not buy it; if you buy the site, it is kept while you use the service.
Your rights and how to ask for deletion
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or for us to delete your site, by writing to contacto@duxels.com from your account email. We reply within a reasonable time.
