Terms and conditions

Last updated:

These terms govern the use of duxels.com and of the information the site presents about Duxels, its services and its partnerships. By browsing the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

Duxels and contact

This site and Duxels’ services are provided by Duxels S.A.S. de C.V. (“Duxels”), with its registered address at 3a Avenida 1717, Col. Arboledas de Nueva Linda Vista, C.P. 67129, Guadalupe, Nuevo León, México. For any question about these terms, write to contacto@duxels.com.

Services, quotes and engagement

The descriptions of services, branches, pillars, examples and animations on the site are for information only and may change without notice. They are not a binding offer and do not guarantee any specific result, price, timeline or availability.

Each project is defined in a written proposal or quote. Scope, deliverables, timelines, price, payment terms and ownership of the results are governed by that proposal and, where applicable, by the contract signed; in case of any discrepancy, those documents prevail over the content of the site. Sending the form, an email or a WhatsApp message does not in itself create a contractual relationship.

Account, one-time payments in pesos and no refunds

Plans of the accounts at account.duxels.com can be paid as a subscription in US dollars (USD) or, when available, as a one-time payment in Mexican pesos (MXN) by card, in full or in 3, 6 or 12 interest-free installments (only with participating Mexican credit cards). A one-time payment buys a fixed period of access, with the start and end dates shown before you pay, and it does not renew automatically.

The price in pesos is calculated with the day's exchange rate published by the Bank of Mexico (or, if it is not available, by the European Central Bank), rounded up to the peso, includes VAT and is fixed when you pay. Interest-free installments add the fee the payment processor charges for that term, and the total is shown next to the cash price before you pay.

One-time payments are non-refundable. Plan changes, whether to a higher or lower tier or bundle, are scheduled for when the paid period ends; there are no credits or pro-rata refunds for unused time. Only if you choose fewer interest-free months in the payment processor than the price you paid for, or your card does not qualify, do we automatically return the fee difference. You can renew before the end (the new period starts when the current one ends) or switch to a USD subscription that starts charging when the period ends (if less than 48 hours remain when you ask, or the period has already ended, it starts charging immediately; the plans page says so before you pay).

When the paid period ends you keep access for the grace days the plans page shows before you pay, and then access ends; we notify you in your account before it ends. If a dispute with your bank is decided against us, access is revoked. You will receive the payment processor's receipt by email; if you need an invoice, write to contacto@duxels.com.

Intellectual property

The Duxels name, logo, texts, design, illustrations, animations and code of the site belong to Duxels or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view them for personal and informational use; any other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires prior written permission.

The names and logos of the strategic partners and external services shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed only to identify them.

Permitted use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to try to damage it, interfere with its operation or security, access non-public areas or extract its content in bulk or by automated means. You also must not send unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others, through the contact channels.

Partners, links and external services

The site links to WhatsApp, email providers, social networks and the pages of its strategic partners. Those services are independent of Duxels and are governed by their own terms and policies; Duxels does not control their content or availability. Services provided by partners are engaged directly with them, unless a Duxels proposal states otherwise.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site working properly and its information accurate, but it is provided as is and may have interruptions, errors or changes. To the extent permitted by law, Duxels is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or for decisions made solely on the basis of its content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor) or other applicable law.

Privacy

How the data you share when visiting the site or contacting us is handled is explained in the privacy notice, available at https://duxels.com/privacy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will first be addressed directly by writing to contacto@duxels.com; if it cannot be resolved that way, it will be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be published at this same address, /terms, with a new update date, and apply from the moment they are published.
